The app
C-Suite Buys aggregates SEC Form 4 filings (insider trading disclosures from public companies) and displays them in a more readable format. The underlying data is public.
What you can do
- Use C-Suite Buys for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Build watchlists and receive alerts
- Cancel your subscription via App Store or Play Store
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Scrape or republish our processed filing data for commercial purposes
- Rely on the app as a substitute for licensed financial advice
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions auto-renew through the App Store or Play Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
