C-Suite Buys is a research and information tool. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
The app
C-Suite Buys aggregates SEC Form 4 filings (insider buy and sell disclosures from public companies) and Schedule 13D filings (activist ownership stakes), and displays them in a more readable format. The underlying data is public.
What you can do
- Use C-Suite Buys for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Build watchlists and receive alerts
- Cancel your subscription via App Store or Play Store
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Scrape or republish our processed filing data for commercial purposes
- Rely on the app as a substitute for licensed financial advice
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions auto-renew through the App Store or Play Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The price and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe.
