C-Suite Buys is built by Glippin Toys, LLC.
Summary
- No account, no email, no password. Anonymous sign-in.
- Your watchlists live on our backend tied to your anonymous user ID — never to your real identity.
- We don't know your portfolio. Watchlist = tickers you're watching, not tickers you own. We never see your brokerage, positions, or trading history.
- SEC filing data is public. We aggregate Form 4 (insider buys & sells) and Schedule 13D (activist) filings from EDGAR; that data is not personal to you.
- No advertising. No third-party trackers.
What we collect

The number of users following a signal is counted and shown to other users.
What we never collect
- Names, emails, phone numbers
- Brokerage account info, positions, transaction history, net worth
- Anything from advertising or tracking SDKs
Third parties
- SEC EDGAR — public Form 4 + Schedule 13D filing data (one-way fetch, we don't send user data)
- Yahoo Finance — public quotes and price history, fetched by our servers by ticker symbol; no user data is sent
- Firebase — backend
- RevenueCat — subscription processing
- Apple and Google — push delivery, app-store billing and device integrity checks
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates the plain-English summaries of signals and activist filings. Public SEC-filing facts (ticker, company name, filing text) are sent for summarization; no data about you or your use of the app is sent, and the data is not used to train models.
Your rights
- Delete account: Settings → Delete Account. Delete Account removes your watchlist, picks, verdict votes, usage counters and push token. It does not remove your subscription record (held by us and by RevenueCat, Apple and Google) or aggregate counts that already include your pick or vote.
