By installing or using New Caledra you agree to these terms.
The game
New Caledra is a mafia-themed multiplayer strategy game. It depicts fictional organized crime, including violence, theft, and adult themes. It is rated 17+ on the App Store and Mature on Google Play. Don't play if those themes aren't for you.
What you can do
- Play the game for personal entertainment
- Join, create, or leave Families freely
- Chat with your Family members
- Cancel your Don Status subscription via the App Store or Play Store
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients, or automate gameplay
- Harass other players in Family chat or via in-game messaging
- Post content that violates platform rules (Apple App Store + Google Play guidelines apply)
- Buy, sell, or trade accounts
Don Status subscription
Don Status is a recurring auto-renewing subscription billed monthly ($4.99/mo) or yearly ($39.99/yr). New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew through the App Store or Play Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Family chat
Messages you send in Family chat are visible to your Family members. You're responsible for what you say. We may remove or restrict accounts that abuse chat for harassment, spam, or illegal content.
Anti-cheat + account safety
Server-side checks may slow, reset, or terminate accounts found cheating (impossible inventory, time travel, race-condition exploits, etc.). Cheating ruins the game for others; this is enforced.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS." NEW CALEDRA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES FROM USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING LOST PROGRESS, ACCOUNT TERMINATION, OR HURT FEELINGS FROM RAIDS. SAVES SYNC VIA CLOUD; LOCAL DEVICE FAILURES MAY STILL CAUSE PROGRESS LOSS BETWEEN SYNCS.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued play after updates take effect means you accept them.
