LedgerPulse — Terms of Service
By installing or using LedgerPulse you agree to these terms.
The app
LedgerPulse is a portfolio tracker for indie developers. It aggregates costs and revenue data you enter or import, computes break-even and rollups, and runs health snapshots (crash-free rate, ratings, uptime) against the apps in your portfolio. Numbers are advisory only. Always reconcile against your own books and store dashboards before making decisions that depend on them.
What you can do
- Use LedgerPulse for tracking your own apps' economics and health
- Connect your own App Store Connect / Play Reporting / RevenueCat / GCP billing credentials (Pro) to automate data pulls
- Export your data as CSV or PDF (Pro)
- Cancel your subscription at any time via App Store or Play Store
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Connect credentials you are not authorized to use (e.g., another developer's App Store Connect account without their consent)
- Use LedgerPulse to scrape or republish data you do not own
- Resell, sublicense, or operate LedgerPulse on behalf of a third party as a managed service
- Rely on LedgerPulse output as a substitute for licensed accounting, tax, or financial advice
Your content and credentials
You retain ownership of the portfolio data, entries, and connector credentials you submit. You grant Glippin Toys, LLC a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the app for you (compute rollups, run scheduled jobs, sync connectors). We do not use your portfolio data to train models or sell it to third parties.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service whose credentials you connect (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, GCP, etc.). LedgerPulse acts only as a relay between your services and your own dashboard.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions auto-renew through the App Store or Play Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Glippin Toys, LLC never sees your payment card or bank information. Final Pro pricing will be set at launch and displayed in-app via Apple / Google.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LEDGERPULSE IS NOT LIABLE FOR FINANCIAL OR BUSINESS DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON ITS OUTPUT, FOR INACCURATE OR OUT-OF-DATE CONNECTOR DATA, FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OUTAGES, OR FOR ANY OTHER OUTCOME OF USING THE APP. NOTHING IN THE APP CONSTITUTES ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. ALWAYS RECONCILE AGAINST YOUR ACTUAL BOOKS AND CONSULT LICENSED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE ACTING ON THE NUMBERS.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept them.
