LedgerPulse

The books and vitals for your apps

Indie dev with more than one app? LedgerPulse tracks what each app actually costs (build + ongoing), what it earns, when it breaks even, and whether it's healthy — crashes, ANRs, ratings, uptime. The two halves no store dashboard joins, in one anonymous, device-bound place.

The pitch

App Store Connect shows revenue. Crashlytics shows crashes. Nothing shows the business.

Every store dashboard tells you half the story. None of them tell you whether the marketing site still matches the live paywall, whether last month's revenue cleared your Anthropic bill, or which app is the next to break even. LedgerPulse stitches revenue, cost, and health into a single line per app — and flags when any of the three drift out of sync.

What it tracks

One row per app, three columns of truth.

The books

Build costs (one-time) and ongoing costs (Firebase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple Developer, domain renewals). Revenue from your Apple, Google, and RevenueCat feeds. Break-even date, computed per app and rolled up across the portfolio.

The vitals

Crash-free sessions, ANR rate, store rating, ratings velocity, uptime checks on the marketing site. Snapshots on a schedule so you can see whether a release made things better or worse.

The consistency review

Quarterly automated scan: does the marketing site still match the actual app? Are pricing tiers consistent across the landing page, the paywall, the store listing? Catches the drift that turns into App Store review pain.

How it works

Import once. Wire connectors. Let it watch.

1. Import your portfolio

Bring your apps in from a bundled JSON template or add them in-app. Nothing is hardcoded — you own the list, you edit it whenever it changes.

2. Connect your data sources (Pro)

Optionally wire App Store Connect, Play Reporting, RevenueCat, and GCP billing. Credentials live in the backend's env file — never in the app binary, never in your device.

3. Get the rollup

Scheduled jobs refresh revenue, costs, and health every day. On-demand "Run all checks now" available any time. A portfolio rollup shows the one number that matters across all apps.

Free & Pro

Track free. Subscribe when you want it automated.

The whole manual tracker is free — unlimited products, costs, revenue, break-even, manual snapshots, manual consistency reviews. Pro adds the automation that turns it from "another spreadsheet" into a dashboard that watches itself. Final pricing will be announced at launch.

Free — the manual tracker

Unlimited apps, costs, and revenue entries. Manual break-even math. Manual health-snapshot capture. Manual consistency reviews. Core dashboard. No ads, no tracking. Genuinely useful on its own.

Pro — the automation

Scheduled and on-demand checks (uptime, ratings, consistency, link scan). Connector sync (RevenueCat, App Store Connect, Play vitals, GCP billing). CSV / PDF export. Portfolio-wide rollup. Pricing TBD at launch.

Privacy by design

Anonymous device-bound, like every Glippin Toys app.

No account. No email. No password. LedgerPulse signs you in anonymously on the keychain and your data lives under that identity in Firestore, with owner-scoped rules — only your device can read it. Need a new phone? Generate a one-time, 15-minute transfer code in Settings and redeem it on the new install. Want multi-device access later? Optionally link Sign in with Apple — same data, more devices, still no email collected. Connector credentials (if you set them up) stay in our backend's environment, never in the app binary, never logged.
