LearnLoop — Privacy Policy
LearnLoop is built by Glippin Toys, LLC. It turns any subject you type into a 6-step AI Learning Pack. Like every Glippin Toys app, it's built to work without knowing who you are.
Summary
- No account, no name, no email. You're signed in anonymously on first launch with a random device-bound ID. We never ask for your name, email, or phone.
- The subject you type is sent to our backend to generate your Learning Pack with the Anthropic (Claude) API. Anthropic does not train on this data.
- What you learn improves the shared library — anonymously. We keep aggregate metadata about popular subjects (the topic, a category, a difficulty) so "trending subjects" works and packs load instantly for everyone. It's stored separately from any identity.
- No advertising. No third-party trackers. We don't sell your data.

Optional: Sign in with Apple
If you choose Sign in with Apple to carry your packs across devices, Apple gives us a stable identifier (and, only if you allow it, your name and a private-relay email). We use it solely to link your existing anonymous packs to your other devices. You can use LearnLoop fully without ever doing this.
What stays on your device
- Progress & streaks — your day-streak, packs created, and subjects learned are stored only on your device.
- Review reminders — spaced-repetition notifications are scheduled locally by your device; we don't send push messages from a server.
- Listen (text-to-speech) — reading a pack aloud uses your device's built-in voice; nothing is sent to us for audio.
What we never collect
- Your name, email, phone number, or mailing address (unless you opt into Sign in with Apple)
- Payment card details — Apple and Google process all subscriptions; we never see your card
- Contacts, photo library, precise location, or calendar
- Anything from advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs
Where your data lives
LearnLoop runs on Google Firebase (Anonymous Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Secret Manager) in US-region Google Cloud. The subject you submit is processed by a server-side cloud function that calls the Anthropic API with our key; your subject text is not used to train any model.
Third parties
- Firebase (Google) — anonymous authentication, database, and cloud functions
- Anthropic (Claude) — generates your Learning Packs, flashcards, and tutor replies (paid API; Anthropic does not train on customer API data)
- RevenueCat — manages your subscription status, keyed to your anonymous ID
- Apple App Store / Google Play — process subscription payments; we never receive your payment details
Your rights
- Delete your account and data: in the app, tap the Account icon (top-right of the home screen) → Delete account. This permanently removes your saved packs, history, and account data from our backend and signs you out. Uninstalling also removes on-device data. If you've uninstalled and can't reach the in-app control, email support@glippintoys.com and we'll delete your account data on request.
- Manage your subscription: through your App Store or Google Play account at any time

Children
LearnLoop is intended for learners aged 13 and older. It is not directed to, or designed for, children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
